BIO-343 Applied Plant Science for Conservation and Management

Applications of plant biology in commercial, land management, and research careers. Principles and applications of horticultural and agricultural technologies including pest management, plant establishment, and propagation. Introduction to techniques in arboriculture. Preparation for statewide pest management certifications.
Prerequisites: Take BIO 135  or BIO 141   or BIO-242  or GEM 250
